AMD EPYC processors are based on the 14nm “Zen” x86 core architecture with 32 cores and 64 threads, featuring 8 memory channels and up to16 DIMMs per socket. The new powerful processor allows Tyan to offer the optimal balance of computing, memory and I/O for the customers. Tyan’s GT62FB8026 offers outstanding computational power for a single-socket server, with support for 8, 16, 24, or 32-Core processors with up to 64 threads. The memory capacity of the server is also incredibly high for a single socket server, able to support up to 1TB of RAM with every processor in the AMD EPYC SKU stack.
