Tyan’s TN70A-B8026 offers outstanding computational power for a single-socket server, with support for 8, 16, 24, or 32-Core processors with up to 64 threads. The memory capacity of the server is also incredibly high for a single socket server, able to support up to 2TB of RAM with every processor in the AMD EPYC SKU stack.

The single socket AMD EPYC server is a powerhouse that allows you to centralize all processing and applications for small businesses. It is perfect for virtual desktop virtualization (VDI) which allows you to deploy virtual machines for each user through Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Services. We configured the server with 24 NVME SSDs for blazing fast disk I/Os thus having no bottlenecks in performance and allowing us to exploit the server’s capacity. You can virtualize servers and run them side by side the VDI deployment without sacrificing any performance. Overall this server is worth every penny, just make sure you have enough RAM and disk I/O to maximize the CPU usage and take advantage of the PCI channels.
