Vertiv Environet Alert Basic Software Assurance for EnvA-Dev-10 (EnvA-BSA-10) is an annual software maintenance for 10 devices with Vertiv Environet Alert Device License (EnvA-Dev-10). This maintenance contract includes 8×5 business hour availability, bug fixes and software updates, 1 session of a 2-hour remote training per year. This support will protect your devices with Vertiv Environet Alert data center monitoring software, which is designed for small and medium-sized businesses and industries with edge sites and remote offices. It offers real-time monitoring, alerts and reports to protect critical power and cooling devices from performance issues, increased costs and downtime. Its simplified setup improves visibility of your Vertiv and non-Vertiv SNMP devices such as networked UPS systems, rack PDUs, in-row coolers and environmental sensors.
