Virtual Appliance

The Cisco Email Security Virtual Appliance (ESAV) significantly lowers the cost of deploying email security, especially in highly distributed networks. The Cisco ESAV is a software version of the Cisco ESA and runs on top of a VMware ESXi hypervisor and Cisco Unified Computing System™ (Cisco UCS®) servers.
